AI Solutions Specialist Pay: $70,000–$75,000 (sweet spot: $70–$75k) Location: Homewood, IL (100% on-site) Summary The AI Solutions Specialist bridges AI development and real business needs. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to turn practical requirements into working AI tools and applications—built to be used right away. This is a hands‑on, execution-focused role where independence, rapid prototyping, and end-to-end delivery are essential.
