Here is a quick snapshot of what you need to know Role: Human Resources Specialist / Talent Management Event Logistics Location: Hybrid (Scottsdale, AZ) Pay Rate: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour Schedule: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST (with great flexibility on start/end times!) A Day in the Life As an HR Specialist, you will pivot gracefully between candidate scheduling and onboarding logistics. Your typical day will include: Communicating directly with excited new hires to walk them through their next steps. Managing calendar capacity and coordinating vital onboarding requirements like drug testing, fingerprinting, and background checks. Serving as a subject matter expert to troubleshoot unforeseen logistical issues and keep the onboarding queue moving efficiently. Partnering closely with internal teams (like HR Tech and Global Security) to champion a streamlined hiring process. What We are Looking For The Essentials: 2-3 years of business or HR experience, with solid scheduling experience and top-notch communication skills. An associate’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Tech-Savvy Mindset: You have hands‑on experience or familiarity with HR platforms like Workday and Paradox, as well as background check software. Master Organizer: You excel under pressure, know how to prioritize a high-volume workload, and possess a strong attention to details and deadlines. Soft Skills: You are a proactive, responsive team player who takes initiative, needs minimal micro‑management, and genuinely enjoys building relationships. Ready to Apply?
