Hotel: Atrium Hospitality LP, 12735 Morris Road Ext, Alpharetta, GA 30004. Full time. Compensation Range: $110,000 - $120,000. Responsibilities Oversee construction and renovation of Atrium’s managed properties, ensuring projects align with approved design and planning goals. Lead selection and management of contractors and vendors, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently, completed on time, and maintained within approved budget parameters. Monitor project performance using systems to track budgets, schedules, and quality control standards. Maintain organized and sustainable capital records, making warranty and pricing information easily accessible. Coordinate each project’s construction process, ensuring input from all key stakeholders (owner, manager, department heads) to optimize guest impact and long-term value. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in hotel sector construction – seasoned pro at managing renovation and new build projects in hospitality. In-depth knowledge of hotel brands – understanding specific needs of brands like Marriott, Hilton, and IHG ensures standards are met. Proven track record of CAPEX project execution – solid history of managing and completing capital improvement projects successfully. Vendor insight – understanding of vendor and contractor landscape in hospitality to guide decisions and keep projects on track.
