Hourly Pay: $18-$19/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

- Perform MIG welding on steel components according to production specifications
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
- Fit, position, and secure parts prior to welding
- Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift
- Previous welding experience preferred (MIG welding highly valued)
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
