Corporate Associate - Corporate

A prestigious US law firm with a globally recognized corporate practice is seeking a talented and driven Corporate Associate to join its dynamic New York office. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile, market-leading transactions with an elite client base, including multinational corporations, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on a broad range of M&A , private equity , and general corporate matters. Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents, including purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and financing documents. Manage deal processes, due diligence reviews, and closing procedures. Work closely with senior partners and cross-border teams on sophisticated international transactions. Requirements 1-4 years of corporate law experience at a top-tier law firm, preferably in New York or another major financial center. Strong academic background from a leading law school (JD or equivalent). Admitted to the New York Bar . Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
