Job DescriptionJob Description : We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support across various channels. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company database.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer problems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools.
