This position is currently accepting applications. What You'll Do Prepare concrete and other substrates for coating, including grinding, shot blasting, crack and joint repair, and moisture testing. Mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurethane, and urethane cement floor systems, along with primers, base coats, and top coats. Broadcast and manage decorative or anti‑slip media (quartz, flake, aggregate) and apply sealers and clear coats. Apply protective coatings and finishes to walls, metal, concrete, and wood using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Set up and break down containment, scaffolding, and ladders, and keep tools and equipment clean and ready. Maintain a clean, safe work site in line with OSHA and union safety standards. High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Physically able to climb ladders, lift tools and equipment, and work at heights in a range of indoor and outdoor conditions. Solid basic math and communication skills for measuring, mixing materials, and coordinating with the crew. A strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a genuine desire to master a skilled trade. Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions and work well as part of a team.
