This role works closely with ownership and leadership, managing banking relationships, insurance compliance, accounting coordination, and property management support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate banking relationships, loan requests, and financing activities.
• Track cash inflows and maintain financing documentation.
• Serve as a liaison with external CPA firms and internal accounting resources.
• Manage insurance compliance, renewals, and coverage across multiple companies.
• Administer accounting and leasing support for a portfolio of 50-60 rental units using AppFolio.
• Support ownership and leadership with day-to-day operational coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, finance, operations, property management, or business administration.
• Strong Excel and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with lending, insurance administration, or AppFolio is a plus.
