Service Desk/Deskside Technician

Job Description

FHLB Topeka has yet another opportunity they'd like our help with they have Service Desk/Deskside opening. Duration would be at least until the end of 2026, more likely to the end of 2027.

Here are the requirements:

Help Desk/Service Desk/Desk Side
Great communication, great disposition, go getter problem solver
Experience with some type of ticketing system they use TrackIt, but this is not required
If any experience with imaging machines, that is a plus
On site in Topeka 5 days a week
Somewhat flexible w/schedule could work 7-3, 8-4,
Duration = at least until end of 2026, likely until the end of 2027
Target start date = ASAP
