Full-Time 11-7AM Residential Counselor

Job Description We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Residential Counselor to work the overnight shift at our behavioral health residential facility. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, calm, and supportive environment for residents during overnight hours while ensuring facility policies and procedures are followed. Key Responsibilities: Monitor residents throughout the night to ensure safety and well-being Conduct routine checks and document observations Respond appropriately to resident needs or crises during overnight hours Maintain a structured, calm environment conducive to rest Complete required documentation, logs, and shift reports Communicate important information during shift change Follow all safety, emergency, and behavioral health protocols Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or human services preferred Ability to stay alert, dependable, and professional during overnight shifts Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills Must pass background check and meet state licensing requirements Schedule:
