--- Project Description ---
The incumbent will act as gile Project Manager for the DOT
Transportation Safety Management and Operations (TSMO)
Technology Program responsible for guiding cross-functional teams in
the iterative development, implementation, and ongoing improvement
of integrated Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology
(OT) solutions. This role ensures that these converged systems
enhance the safety, efficiency, reliability, and security of transportation
networks (e.g., intelligent transportation systems, traffic management,
public transit operations). This role will champion Agile principles while
navigating the unique complexities and safety-critical nature of
transportation infrastructure.

--- Required Qualifications ---
• 72 months of experience in Agile Project Planning and Execution
• 72 months of experience managing projects that involve the integration of
Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) systems
• 72 months of experience with Stakeholder Management and Communication
by developing and maintaining a stakeholder engagement plan, and
completing bi-weekly project status reports
• 60 months of experience with Performance Measurement and Reporting
• 72 months of experience managing projects specifically within the
transportation sector (e.g., intelligent transportation systems, traffic
management, public transit technology).
• MUST hold at least one of these Certifications
** Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) OR Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
** Project Management Professional (PMP) with an Agile Practice Guide
endorsement.
• 60 months of experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and resolve
conflicts among diverse business, technical and security teams.
