Position Overview Medical Science Liaison, Immunology – Admilparant (Field – NYC, Long Island) Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community research thought leaders, healthcare providers (HCPs), and access stakeholders within the assigned geography to address scientific, unsolicited product, and health economics outcomes research (HEOR) questions. Engage in scientific exchange via 1:1 meetings, group presentations, remote sessions, and other channels, ensuring medical accuracy and compliance with local procedures, ethical, legal, and regulatory guidelines. Assess the medical landscape by meeting with TL/HCPs and access stakeholders to understand their needs, expertise, and evolving treatment strategies. Identify and pursue opportunities to partner with HCPs on disease‑state initiatives, collaborative research projects, and investigator‑sponsored research (ISR) aligned with BMS strategic objectives. Attend medical congresses, local and regional meetings, collecting and communicating medical insights to inform strategy development and business decisions. Contribute to geography‑specific Field Medical and TL Interaction plans based on therapeutic area objectives, adopting an institution/account planning approach. Develop and deliver scientifically meaningful medical programs/projects in line with local Medical and Field Medical plans. Provide customer‑centric, compliant collaboration with cross‑matrix field teams; support internal stakeholders (Commercial, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Legal, HEOR, Value Access & Payment) with scientific updates and training. Support clinical trial activities, including identification and assessment of potential study sites, recommendations for study feasibility, and support of investigator interactions and sponsor‑led research studies. Ensure BMS pharmacovigilance procedures are understood and applied by investigators; alert BMS personnel to any identified adverse events. Participate in assigned congress activities and provide scientific support at promotional meetings as required. Qualifications MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, NP with experience in a specific disease area or broad medical background and relevant pharmaceutical experience. In-depth disease area knowledge and understanding of scientific publications. Knowledge of clinical trial design, process, national healthcare, access environment, and HEOR core concepts. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Minimum of 2 years in a clinical and/or pharmaceutical environment; prior MSL experience preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong presentation skills. Competence in translating scientific or clinical data into an understandable, valuable form for physicians. Demonstrated ability to develop peer‑to‑peer relationships with TLs, scientists, and other healthcare professionals. Rapid learning of new subject areas and environments. Essential Qualifications Must be able to drive a BMS‑provided vehicle between locations (often significant distances) and arrive on time for external interactions. Responsible and safe driving record; high level of ethics and integrity required. Travel & Location Field‑based role requiring residence within the territory or within 50 miles of the territory borders. Majority of time spent in the field with external customers. Travel required. Compensation Overview Field – United States – US: $166,090 – $201,262 (base; view additional incentives and stock options based on eligibility).
