The Multi-Unit General Manager is responsible for leading operations across two (2) HTeaO locations in Amarillo, TX. Locations are:

 

2642 Wolflin Ave. Amarillo, TX. 79109

6045 SW 34th Ave. Amarillo, TX. 79109

 

The Multi-Unit General Manager will ensure exceptional customer experiences, consistent execution of brand standards, and strong financial performance. This role oversees store-level leadership, drives sales growth, develops high-performing teams, and maintains a positive store culture aligned with HTeaO values.

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader in high-volume retail or quick service environments, capable of managing multiple locations, coaching Assistant General Managers and executing company initiatives with consistency and accountability.

 

Key Responsibility Areas

 

Leadership & Team Development

• Provide coaching, leadership development, and performance management for store Assistant General Managers and leadership teams.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members to ensure excellent customer service and operational excellence.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture across both locations.

 

Operations & Execution

• Ensure stores are clean, organized, fully stocked, and maintained to Company standards.
• Oversee merchandising, store presentation, and execution of corporate initiatives.
• Ensure consistent adherence to policies, procedures, and brand standards.

 

Financial & Performance Management

• Analyze daily sales, labor, and expense reports; take corrective actions to maximize profitability.
• Manage inventory ordering, conduct scheduled inventories, and investigate variances.
• Develop action plans to meet or exceed Company performance goals.

 

Scheduling & Workforce Planning

• Ensure employee schedules align with Company guidelines to optimize labor, coverage, and customer service.
• Hold store leadership accountable for staffing plans and productivity metrics.

 

Community & Brand Engagement

• Plan and ensure execution of regular Community Marketing efforts (approximately 5 hours per week per location or per company guidance).
• Actively represent HTeaO in the local community to build brand awareness and drive traffic.

 

Communication & Corporate Alignment

• Communicate corporate initiatives, policy updates, and operational directives to store leadership teams.
• Partner closely with the Director of Corporate Stores and Corporate Support Teams to drive consistent execution.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and leaders with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and operational reporting systems (sales, inventory, labor, cash controls, etc.).
• Retail or Quick Service management experience preferred; multi-unit experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and respectful in all situations.

Work Environment

This position operates primarily in-store across two Amarillo locations. The Multi-Unit General Manager must maintain a visible leadership presence and ensure stores meet cleanliness, safety, and organizational standards.

 

Travel

Travel is primarily local between the two Amarillo locations. Occasional out-of-area and overnight travel may be required for training, meetings, or corporate initiatives.
