Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

Description Are you an experienced real estate professional ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a real estate acquisition specialist to play a vital role in identifying and securing profitable deals in GA What You'll Do:
• Engage in negotiations with potential clients to secure favorable terms and close deals.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure the successful closure of each deal.
• Utilize CRM tools and market resources to track leads and monitor performance.
• Contribute your expertise as a Sales Representative to drive the company's growth and success. Qualifications • Proven sales experience (experience in Real Estate or Acquisitions is a plus).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and organized.
• Must be based in Georgia and available for in-person meetings when needed.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients and assess opportunities.
- Build trust and relationships to guide clients through the sales process.
- Negotiate directly with prospects to close deals.
- Collaborate with dynamic internal teams, including Acquisitions, Marketing, and Finance.
- Attend in-person appointments with clients when required.
- Competitive commission structure.
- Weekly live sales training sessions with a top Real Estate Sales Coach.
- Hybrid position (remote work + local in-person appointments).
- Flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle.
