The Stepping Stones Group is hiring CCC-SLPs for In-Person Clinical Fellow mentorship and supervision with Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District.

Qualifications:
The Stepping Stones Group is hiring CCC-SLPs for In-Person Clinical Fellow mentorship and supervision with Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the school setting as an ASHA Certified SLP
- Maintains appropriate state license and ASHA CCC-SLP throughout the entire CF experience
- Completes at least two hours of professional development in the area of supervision after being awarded the CCC- SLP (SSG can provide if needed)
- Pro vide CF Supervision for CF-SLPs per ASHA guidelines
- Minimum 6 hours of on-site and in-person direct supervision and 6 hours of indirect supervision activities will occur during each third of the CF experience
- Provide CF with the mentorship needed to become an independent practitioner of SLP services.
- Improve the clinical effectiveness of the Clinical Fellow through meaningful mentoring and feedback and assist the Clinical Fellow in developing independent clinical skills.
- Complete all records and feedback/ratings within a timely manner. See 2020 Standard VII
- Provide opportunities to view and accurately rate all skills listed in the 2020 CFSI [PDF]
- Provide the minimum required on-site and in-person supervisory activities per segment in order for the hours and weeks earned during that segment to count.
- Adhere to professional & ethical best practices
