3 rd Shift Material Handler | $19/Hour | 10 :00pm – 6 :30 a m, Sunday - Thursday

Job Description

A leading packaging company in Bardstown, Kentucky, is hiring for their Warehouse. This role includes loading and unloading materials, operating a forklift, and performing cycle counts.

Responsibilities :

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products
• Move materials to and from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and manufacturing areas
• Identify and label materials and record their locations in the warehouse/on the shelves to maintain inventory
• Prepare finished products for shipment by identifying their location, then pulling, packing, and loading them
• Operate trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners and other equipment to move freight
• Perform and report cycle counts

Qualifications and Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED
• Must wear proper PPE (Personal Protective and Product Protective Equipment)
• Possess at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• 2 years forklift experience preferred
• Must be able to train on 1st shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening, including drug and background checks
