What You’ll Do

• Scrub and assist in a variety of surgical procedures including ortho, GYN, and general cases
• Maintain sterile field and ensure proper instrumentation throughout procedures
• Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and supplies for scheduled cases
• Anticipate surgeon needs and provide efficient intraoperative support
• Collaborate with RNs, surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical team members
• Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and sterile processing standards

Case Mix & Technology

• Top Cases: Orthopedic, GYN, General Surgery
• Additional exposure to bariatrics, urology, plastics, and robotics
• Robotics: DaVinci XI and Stryker Mako (robotic experience required)
• EMR: Epic
• Equipment: GE C-arm (setup), Alaris pumps, Pyxis

Must-Have Credentials

• BLS (AHA)
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• 2–3 years of recent surgical tech experience
• Strong experience in ortho, GYN, and general cases
• Robotics experience (DaVinci preferred)

Schedule & Call

• Day shift based on surgical schedule (no early flex before 6:00 AM)
• Call required: weeknights, weekends, and holidays (shared evenly among team)
• Weekend rotation primarily on-call coverage
