Medical Surgical Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse- $2210 per week.

Shift: 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Experience:

• 3 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required with any experience within the last 12 months.

• ADN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Staffency Program - ThedaCare and no current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - ThedaCare.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: 1 travel contract required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with pre-post cath, post pacemaker, and TR Bands strongly preferred.

Required Credentials: Associate Degree or Certificate.

Special Requests: For any RN role: if a candidate has NP licensure, ThedaCare will only consider them for an NP role, not a lower position. Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence.

Unit Details: Rare pediatric patients. RNs are paired with support staff (LPN/CNA) based on acuity.

Shift & Scheduling: Up to every other weekend; open to an every weekend candidate as well. Must be available for at least 2 holiday or eve shifts. No call.

Floating Requirements: Will float throughout Med/Surg and Rehab units at ThedaCare Neenah; may float to all ThedaCare facilities as needed, primarily TC Appleton.

9 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months
