The Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing and business data to support strategic decision-making and optimize campaign performance. This role provides actionable insights into customer behavior, lead generation, and return on marketing investments, helping drive data-informed growth across Groundworks’ brands and markets. Duties and Responsibilities Proactively monitor Paid Social and Display campaigns to identify red flags, positive/negative trends, areas of opportunities, benchmarks, etc. Analyze user behavior, cohorts, and funnel analysis to drive insights for Product, Marketing, Lifecycle, Customer Experience, and Creative teams. Perform in-depth analysis around audiences, attribution, and creatives to drive recommendations that drive ROAS. Communicate the effectiveness of new creatives, campaign launches, and optimizations by leveraging internal and external data sources. Analyze historical and operational metrics and iterate processes to drive top and bottom-line financial results. Develop data layer and pixel implementation for development teams to implement. Collaborate with internal data teams by managing the production of reporting, analysis, and report automation. It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day. Perform other duties as necessary or assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related role. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio). Experience working with marketing platforms and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.). Ability to interpret data and communicate insights in a clear and actionable way. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Excellent collaboration, presentation, and communication skills. Experience in a multi-location, service-based organization preferred. Working Conditions Full-time position based at Groundworks’ corporate office in Irving, TX. This role has a salary of $65,000- $85,000. Salary is based on experience. Collaborative and dynamic environment working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams.
