Preferred candidates will bring:

• A valid Indiana teaching license.

• Experience working within school settings, providing psychological services and supports to students.
• Understanding of diverse student populations and a strong commitment to inclusive education.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and consultation skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results for students referred for evaluation.
• Developing and implementing intervention strategies based on each student's unique needs.
• Collaborating closely with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to ensure coordinated supports.
• Providing direct counseling and behavioral intervention services to students as needed.
• Creating positive learning environments that honor the cultural and linguistic diversity of all students.
• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation required by the district and regulatory agencies.
