With operations across Canada and United States, Bento brings together a dynamic team of people with diverse backgrounds, experience, and talent, to create an exceptional guest experience.LocationOrlando Kitchen Incubator: 10501 S Orange Ave STE 105, Orlando, FL 32824ResponsibilitiesThe responsibility of this role is to ensure consistent quality of production and plant sanitation by developing and enforcing above-standard manufacturing practices.Responsible for GMP and HACCP are consistent with company policies and procedures as well as regulatory compliance.Performs as a HACCP leader to ensure the HACCP program and pre-requisite programs are up-to-date and fully implemented in production.Provide leadership and direction in the plant QA team towards training, coaching and developing of QA technicians. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying training needs, providing opportunity for personal growth, assessing performance goals, assuring adherence to company policies and practices, managing absenteeism and assisting in disciplining should coaching be ineffective.Provide leadership during audits.
