Location: Everett, WA

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule Options: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire | Overtime Available

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:30 PM

• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble metal building panels according to specifications

• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

• Read blueprints, work instructions, and measurements

• Measure, mark, and align materials accurately

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 70 lbs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, metal fabrication, roofing, manufacturing, or assembly

• Ability to read a tape measure and work from blueprints

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Comfortable performing physically demanding work

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
