Facility Coordinator

DrillChem, a leading provider of drilling fluids, drilling fluid additives, and fluids expertise to the oil and gas industry, seeks an Operations Manager for its Bakken operations. This position is based in Williston, ND. The Operations Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations. OVERVIEW The Facility Coordinator position is primarily responsible for organizing and managing all inventory of DrillChem's products, loading and un-loading trucks, packaging/re-packaging products, and all other general operational duties assigned by the Facility Manager. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Inventory & Warehouse Management Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels for all DRILLCHEM products. Coordinate and execute transfers of inventory among DRILLCHEM domestic stock points. Ensure proper packaging and re-packaging of products to meet customer and regulatory requirements. Monitor product quality, identify damaged or non-conforming materials, and initiate corrective actions. Logistics & Operations Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material-handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Participate in on-call coverage during weeknights and on a rotating weekend schedule to support operational continuity. Process Improvement & Reporting Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, warehouse organization improvements, and cost reduction. Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance productivity and service levels. Track key operational metrics and provide regular updates to the Director of Operations. Support standardization of warehouse processes and best practices across locations. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the sales team to improve supply chain responsiveness and customer satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned to support operational objectives. Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
