Janitorial ServicesTo accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to help enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Essential Functions Statement(s):Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuumingCleaning, which includes: machines, mixers, table racks, conveyors, dishes, refrigeratorsDusting of all office furniture, wipe down of desksCleaning all bathrooms and breakroomsRestocking bathrooms/breakroomsEmpty trash and recycle cansStrip, clean, buff and apply floor sealer and shampoo carpetsEnsure soap and paper towel dispensers are full at all timesGeneral cleaning: removal of garbage and debris in all departments, assist paint in weekly cleanupPick up trash in parking lots and areas surrounding buildingsWear necessary PPE to protect from hazards including hexavalent chromiumPerform other duties as assigned.Skills & Abilities:Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): RequiredExperience: Prefer previous janitorial/custodial experienceWork Environment: Exposure to variable weather conditions, confined spaces, and heights exceed two stories is likely.Salary Range: $16-$18/hourCompany Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Long term disability, Employee Assistance Program, 401(K)-3% Match, Holiday Pay
