Crew Member
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Crew Member to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building and construction, with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry. The ideal candidate will be open to travel, eager to develop their skills, and ready to contribute to various jobsite projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled carpenters with construction and building tasks on job sites
- Learn and operate basic carpentry tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Support the preparation and cleanup of work areas
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Travel to multiple job sites as required, supporting project needs
- Take on additional tasks as directed to support project completion
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Limited prior experience in carpentry or construction preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of common carpentry tools and equipment
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Ability to travel frequently and work in various locations
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in different weather conditions
