Communications Specialist

6 month contract - will extend or convert Job Description Insight Global's client is seeking a Communications Strategy Associate to support global communications initiatives while partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who wants to build experience in communications, project coordination, and global program support within a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications 1 to 2 years of professional experience, internship experience, or relevant academic project work Strong writing, editing, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Responsibilities Draft, edit, and proofread a variety of communications materials including: Support meetings through: Scheduling and logistics Meeting notes Follow-up communication Manage review and approval processes by: Tracking feedback Coordinating revisions Maintain organized project documentation, communications assets, and team resources. Provide ongoing administrative and project support for communications initiatives as priorities evolve. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting communications, marketing, public relations, or corporate communications initiatives Exposure to global teams or cross-functional collaboration Experience with project management platforms Monday.com experience strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
