Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic educational community as a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting K-12 students across two vibrant campuses. This full-time contract opportunity provides a balanced 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, allowing you to make a meaningful impact over the school year from July 31, 2026, through May 31, 2027.

You'll collaborate closely with educators and families to help students achieve their communication goals, managing a caseload of approximately 75-85 students. This role also involves potential supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), so candidates with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are highly preferred.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Indiana DOE Speech-Language Pathology licensure required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred for SLPA supervision
• Experience working with K–12 students in school settings
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to commute between two nearby school sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse student caseload
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students' success
• Provide guidance and mentorship to SLPAs as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and school staff planning sessions
