This role will support Employee Benefits producers and clients by managing renewals, servicing accounts, preparing proposals, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of employee benefits programs and insurance operations. Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day service needs for Employee Benefits clients.
- Prepare renewal documents, benefit comparisons, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with carriers to obtain quotes, policy information, and coverage updates.
- Assist with open enrollment meetings and employee education initiatives.
- Review policies and plan designs for accuracy and compliance.
- Process applications, policy changes, and renewals.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems.
- Support producers in new business development and account retention efforts.
- 2+ years of Employee Benefits insurance experience preferred.
- Life & Health License preferred or ability to obtain quickly.
- Knowledge of group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
- Experience working with carrier portals and enrollment platforms is a plus.
