Als Business Development Representative (BDR) bei Kubermatic lernst du die Grundlagen des modernen Software-Sales kennen und arbeitest in einer der spannendsten und wachstumsstrksten Branchen: Cloud-Native und Infrastruktur-Automatisierung. Kubermatic hilft internationalen Unternehmen, ihre Kubernetes- und Cloud-Native-Infrastruktur zu automatisieren egal ob Multi-Cloud, Edge oder On-Prem. Seit mehr als neun Jahren entwickeln wir Open-Source-Produkte und bieten Dienstleistungen an.

Du musst kein IT-Experte sein, um bei uns zu starten. Wir suchen Menschen mit Neugier, Lernbereitschaft und Freude am Austausch mit Kunden. Alles Technische bringen wir dir Schritt fr Schritt bei.

Deine Aufgaben

Recherche, Identifikation und Qualifizierung potenzieller Kunden und Zielaccounts
Aktive Erstansprache von Leads per Telefon, E-Mail und digitalen Kanlen
Terminierung und Durchfhrung erster Gesprche mit potenziellen Kunden
Aufbau und Pflege einer strukturierten und gut dokumentierten Sales-Pipeline
Dokumentation aller Aktivitten im CRM
bergabe qualifizierter Leads an das Sales-Team und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Account Executives
Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung deiner Sales-Skills durch Training, Coaching und Feedback

Was du mitbringen solltest

Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau oder vergleichbar hohem Niveau
Gute Englischkenntnisse fr die interne Zusammenarbeit
Hohe Motivation, Ausdauer und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
Interesse an Technologie und die Bereitschaft, dich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
Kommunikationsstrke schriftlich wie mndlich
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Zuverlssigkeit
Reisebereitschaft, die Ttigkeit erfordert gelegentliche Dienstreisen
Wohnsitz in Deutschland ist zwingend erforderlich

Vorkenntnisse im IT-Sales oder in Kubernetes sind nicht erforderlich.
