We are committed to working with exceptional quality and professionalism to deliver excellence to our customers, while providing our employees a stimulating and satisfying work environment, as we collaborate with teammates to achieve common goals.POSITION SUMMARY: Analyze program requirements, status, budgets, and schedulesPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform program management technical, and business case analysesParticipate as a member of the specified Program IPT and IPT directed business meetingsCollect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programsTrack program and project status and schedulesApply policies and procedures for financial planningMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: US Citizenship and possess an active DoD Secret security clearance. BA/BS degree in Business, Management, or relevant technical discipline.OR an AA/AS degree plus 4 additional years of experience.OR 6 additional years of experience may be substituted for a BA/BS degree.Above Degree, AND:At least 4 years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline to include: 2 years of professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development.Demonstrated experience in PMA program/project status and schedules.Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation related to the planning-programming- budgeting system (PPBS), life-cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series).Must have experience processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Proficiency using MS Excel.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position does not supervise the work of others.WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to operate a computer and other standard office equipment. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position.
