The Business Development Center is the heart of the dealership and is where our sales and service departments look for new customers. First impressions are key in this position as you are talking to the customer via phone, email, and text. As the Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for answering internet leads for both Nissan and Subaru.Job Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls for both our Subaru & Nissan dealershipsMaintain communication with prospects by cold calling, texting and emailing customers.Setting appointments for customersProvide customer relations retention.Follow up with customers on experience with dealership.Successful applicants will great customer service skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.Qualifications:Must have Strong Communication SkillsMust be a self-starterStrong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.High School Diploma or GEDMust be goal drivenMust be flexible and reliableBilingual a plus!!Hours : 9AM to 6PM, Monday - FridayHours may vary depending upon business.You will be required to work 2 Saturdays a month, but will have a weekday off in returnIf this sounds like the job for you, apply now !!
