Store Manager

Responsibilities Build a culture of customer‑focused teamwork and a growth‑oriented sales environment. Lead store operations to achieve performance results and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Plan and execute merchandise displays, inventory control, and stock replenishment. Recruit, hire, and develop a high‑performing crew, fostering inclusion and diversity. Coach and provide feedback to direct reports, collaborating with District Manager and HR on performance and employee relations. Oversee payroll budgets, crew scheduling and financial controls. Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs and company policies. Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly business results to drive performance improvements. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the District Manager. Essential job functions: operate computer, printer, and cash register; ascend/descend ladders; kneel, bend, twist, and stoop; receive and put away stock; read and execute merchandise layouts, schedules, and SOPs; communicate with customers and staff; move across sales floor and back office. Qualifications High School Graduate or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of management experience (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
