Job Details Job Title: Manufacturing Coordinator Location: Findlay Township, PA Duration: 12 Months Pay range: $26.61/hour On W2 Work Schedule: Working Monday-Friday 7: 30am to 3: 30pm onsite Job Functions & Responsibilities Support recruitment efforts for hourly positions, including candidate coordination and administrative activities. Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate site visits. Working with the manufacturing leader, understand the staffing needs and be the point of contact for the corporate talent acquisition team to track open requisitions and hiring activity. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and orientation sessions. Monitor and track employee absenteeism through the shop floor call-off process. Partner with manufacturing leaders to host on site initiatives and projects designed to enhance employee engagement and experience. Develop a plan/system for rewards & recognition Gather suggestion box Ideas, review with Manufacturing Leadership and organize Reward and Award Organize Lunch and learn Shop Floor Event Committee Management Develop a plan/system for rewards & recognition Organize/schedule Training calendar for Manufacturing shop floor team Education & Certifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
