As a Food Service Worker 1, you will perform the following duties:Meal Preparation: Prepare and portion food items, assemble trays, interpret special diet needs, and ensure accuracy of meal ordersTray Assembly: Set up serving carts, place food items on trays, transport carts, and deliver meals to assigned residentsSanitation Duties: Clean dishes, equipment, floors, furniture, and food preparation areas while maintaining sanitary conditionsEquipment Handling: Operate dish machines, restock items, clean appliances, and remove refuse to designated dumpstersRecord Keeping: Document inventory use, record all refrigerator temperatures, track meal counts, and assist with required formsSafety Compliance: Follow established safety rules, report hazards, and complete required trainingInterested in learning more?
