Bio-Techne seeks a Senior Data Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and enterprise data platforms, delivering scalable analytics solutions and actionable insights across marketing, commercial, and operations. The role combines data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics to drive decision-making and organizational outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design and build dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI using SQL transformations
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and operational challenges
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, models, and ETL processes
Partner with marketing, commercial, and business teams to define KPIs and drive insights
Lead analytics initiatives and establish data governance frameworks for accuracy and consistency

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 5+ years data analytics experience
5+ years SQL proficiency with advanced data modeling and ETL/ELT expertise
3+ years Python experience for automation and scripting
5+ years Power BI or Tableau experience with advanced Excel proficiency
Strong knowledge of financial and marketing metrics and their business impact
Experience with predictive modeling, regression analysis, and cloud-based analytics platforms
Proven project management and stakeholder communication skills

Compensation: $78,100–$128,500 base
