Keep client information accurate, organized, and up to date. Provide a professional and dependable experience in every interaction. What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills. Comfortable speaking with and assisting different types of people. Self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively while working remotely. Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail. Open to learning, coaching, and professional development. Goal-oriented with an interest in growing within the organization. Able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment. Customer service, sales, or other client-facing experience is helpful, but not required.
