Why you should work here:Friendly environmentCompetitive PayConsistent hours & overtime availableGrowth opportunitiesShipping Coordinator Job Details:Schedules Available: Sunday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (1 day off during the week+Saturdays off)Starting Pay Rate: $22-25/hrJob Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-HireLocation: Easton, PAShipping Coordinator Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and vendors.Track shipments and communicate delivery updates or delays.Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and freight records.Resolve shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and delivery issues.Partner with warehouse, inventory, and customer service teams to support daily operations.Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and transportation requirements.Shipping Coordinator Job Requirements:Experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.Knowledge of shipping documentation and freight processes.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse/logistics systems.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse setting as needed.PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
