I opened my agency in 2021 and currently have one team member alongside me, with plans to continue growing. Before opening the agency, I built a strong career across multiple industries — I started in wholesale, spent 12 years as an agent then sales manager, and returned to agency ownership again over the last four years. That experience has shaped a leadership style that’s both people-focused and goal-driven. I’ve created a spacious, welcoming office that was truly designed with employees in mind. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jason Farkas - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
