EXPORT / LOGISTICS CALL CENTER REP

Randstad is seeking a reliable, proactive Logistics Tracking & Customer Support Specialist for a long term contract position. In this role, you will be the nerve center of overnight shipping operations—keeping drivers on track, customers informed, and data flawless. What we are looking for: 

• Comfort and experience working 3rd shift hours
• Background in logistics, dispatch, or high-volume customer support is highly preferred
• Proficient data entry skills with an ability to keep digital files neat, organized, and easily retrievable
• Ability to manage high inbound communication volumes while maintaining a professional, helpful demeanor

Responsibilities

Logistics Tracking & Customer Support 

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing real-time visibility into freight status and driver locations.
• Proactively monitor transit milestones to identify and resolve potential delays before they impact delivery

Operational Data Management 

• Maintain high levels of data integrity through the meticulous entry of shipment details, driver logs, and operational records.
• Ensure all digital documentation is accurate and organized for immediate retrieval.

Communication & Inbound Relations 

• Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries, directing information to the appropriate stakeholders with speed and professionalism.
