About the Role:
JAIMES AGENCY LLC is looking for a driven and personable Insurance Sales Specialist to join our growing team in El Paso, TX. This is your opportunity to build a rewarding career helping individuals and families protect what matters most — while earning competitive commissions in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
Present and sell insurance policies including auto, home, life, and/or commercial lines
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and renewals
Follow up on quotes, applications, and policy changes in a timely manner
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency management systems
Requirements:
Active Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) license preferred, or willingness to obtain one
Prior experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related field is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to serve the El Paso community effectively
Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or agency management software
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus
