Scheduling Coordinator

Location: 4889 W Ajo Hwy Ste 135, Tucson, AZ 85757 ApexNetwork Physical Therapy is looking for a passionate Front Desk Medical Office & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! Key Responsibilities Answering phone calls: Handle referrals and pre-authorize patient visits. Appointment scheduling: Ensure accurate scheduling and manage patient appointments efficiently. Paperwork management: Complete intake forms thoroughly and ensure they are finalized before visits. Electronic health record (EHR) management: Maintain and update patient charts. Payment collection: Oversee and process patient payments daily. Administrative tasks: Type notes, letters, and marketing materials. Clinic upkeep: Help with the cleaning and upkeep of treatment areas. What We’re Looking For A passion for patient care and a dedication to continuous learning. Experience in a medical office setting is a plus. Understanding of health insurance processes is preferred. Strong multitasking abilities and great attention to detail.
