About the Role

We are looking for an Integrations Engineer focused on People Systems to join our Strategy and Transformation team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled engineer who thrives on building scalable, secure, and resilient integrations across CoreWeave's HR, Finance, and Security environments—specifically around Workday, Greenhouse, Okta, and Workato. You will design, build, and support integrations that connect our HR stack to broader enterprise systems. You'll work closely with HR, IT, and Security teams to drive automation and data accuracy across key lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits.

Who You Are

• 5–7 years of experience with enterprise HR/People Systems integrations
• Deep hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and EIBs
• Proven experience integrating with Greenhouse and identity platforms like Okta
• Hands-on knowledge of Workato or similar enterprise integration platforms
• Strong understanding of HR processes across payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance
• Familiarity with data formats and protocols such as XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, and SOAP

Preferred

• Experience automating workflows across HR, IT, and Security team
• Exposure to additional enterprise tools (e.g., Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, ERP platforms)
• Familiarity with GenAI technologies and automation augmentation
• Background in high-growth or cloud-native organizations

The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
