Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse in the Operating Room provides leadership within a team to deliver personalized patient care during surgical procedures. Responsibilities: Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Establish authentic relationships with patients and their support systems, utilizing evidence-based practices and compassion. Manage and deliver care in accordance with policies and procedures, accepting accountability and responsibility for patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Prior operating room experience required. Current RN licensure in the appropriate state. Preferred education includes a Bachelor’s degree; graduation from an accredited nursing school. One year of relevant experience preferred.
