Hire Up staffing is seeking a Financial Sales Representative (FSR) to start asap in San Jose CA.Monday-Friday 8:45 am- 5:15 pm$20 – $24 per hour, depending on experience.The Financial Sales Representative (FSR) is responsible for selling the bank’s products and services to both existing clients and new prospects. This role focuses on opening new accounts, building strong customer relationships, identifying financial needs, and achieving individual and branch sales goals. The FSR supports the Business Financial Center by promoting cross-selling opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesOpen and maintain new personal and business accounts according to bank policies and proceduresIdentify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and servicesSell and cross-sell bank products such as checking accounts, savings accounts, and financial servicesDevelop and maintain relationships with new and existing customersMeet or exceed individual sales and cross-sales goals for the branchFollow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsUtilize systems such as ChexSystems and OFAC when opening new accountsMaintain accurate Customer Identification Program (CIP) documentationParticipate in sales meetings, training programs, and product knowledge sessionsAssist with branch growth initiatives and customer retention strategiesParticipate in community and networking activities to generate new business opportunitiesQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 2-5 year of banking or financial institution experience, preferably in new accounts or salesStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsAbility to present financial products and services clearly to customersBasic mathematical and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred SkillsPrevious new accounts or retail banking sales experienceExperience meeting sales and cross-selling goalsKnowledge of banking compliance regulations and account opening proceduresCompensationTypical hourly range: $20 – $24 per hour, depending on experience.#INDHPNew Accounts, teller transactions #J-18808-Ljbffr Hire Up Staffing Services
