REGISTERED NURSE

In this role, you will deliver safe, evidence-based care across the continuum, from admission through discharge, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team committed to clinical excellence and community well-being. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, medication and IV administration, ongoing monitoring, and accurate EHR documentation.
