What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each learner
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions focusing on targeted speech and language goals
• Track and accurately document student progress
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team for holistic student care
• Involve and support families throughout the therapy journey

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active, or eligibility for, California licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school, pediatric, or related experience preferred
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and as a valued team player
