Bilingual Mortgage Call Center Associate

Oriental Bank is seeking an Associate for Retail Channels (Call Center) to provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and promoting bank products. This role is based in Minillas (Bayamon), where you will use your interpersonal skills to enhance the customer experience. Candidates should hold an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, have at least one year of customer service experience, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
