Customer Service Representative

*Description* Phone work Entering sales orders Verifying insurance information Ensuring proper documentation is on file for billing purposes. Reviewing documentation to ensure we have accurately completed prescriptions and qualifying supporting chart notes necessary for billing. Also, following up to get that info from the physicians if we don't have it Direct client interaction OTC Sales of soft goods and accessories Dispensing orders billed to insurance for medical equipment and soft goods such as walkers, bath safety, mobility aids and orthopedic supports Patient instruction on all items dispensed Unpacking shipments - some shipments are on pallets. Should be able to lift 35 pounds Assembly of equipment - very basic Data entry of patient demographics *Skills* Customer Service, Healthcare, Insurance Verification, Patient Care, Sales Orders *Top Skills Details* Customer Service,Healthcare *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Familiar working in office setting. Exemplary interpersonal skills. Experience with customer service. Accurate and proficient data entry sills - must pass a keyboard/typing test. Dependable and punctual. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenfield, WI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
