Rooter Hero is Hiring an Operations Manager! Location: San Diego, CA (On-Site) Schedule: Full-Time Pay Rate: $125,000–$175,000 Annually Job description: This Is Not a Desk Job. This Is a Leadership Position Built for Operators. Our company operates 10 locations approaching 200 million annually in HVAC and plumbing revenue. We have built one of the largest service platforms in the region through elite execution, aggressive growth, powerful marketing, and a performance-driven culture. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be in the trenches with your team — coaching, developing, holding accountability, solving problems, driving performance, and leading from the front. What You Will Be Responsible For Full operational leadership of the branch/location Managing and owning the P&L Driving revenue growth and profitability Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics daily Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing top talent Leading sales performance and coaching teams in the field Maintaining operational efficiency and accountability Managing budgets, labor, and departmental performance Building culture and retaining high performers Ensuring an elite customer experience Creating structure, discipline, and execution across departments What We’re Looking For We are seeking a high-level, sales-oriented General Manager who understands how to scale operations, drive profitability, recruit top talent, and build dominant teams.
