Benefits & HR Coordinator

Indianapolis, IN | Full-Time | Fully Onsite | Contract-to-Hire Salary: Up to $65,000

Are you an HR professional with strong benefits administration experience who enjoys helping employees navigate benefits, leave programs, and HR processes? We're partnering with an established organization seeking a Benefits & HR Coordinator to join their team.

In this role, you'll serve as a key resource for employees and managers, supporting benefits administration, leave management, onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits, retirement plans, and leave programs
• Manage FMLA, ADA accommodations, disability, and other leave requests
• Support employee onboarding and HRIS data management
• Assist with open enrollment and employee benefit education
• Respond to employee HR and benefits inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and support HR compliance initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• Strong background in benefits administration and leave management
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and HR compliance regulations
• Experience with HRIS platforms;
  ADP Workforce Now preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
